Vendors are included
Every vendor you brief gets a portal to quote through, so their response lands against the element it belongs to — not in an email thread. As many vendors as you like, at no cost to them or you.
Venues are included
Send your schedule, insurance and site plan to the venue. They get access to the event documents through their own portal, any time they need them — no account for them to buy, no cost to you.
Crew are included
Crew add their own availability, licences and permits through their portal, and it feeds straight into your event. They don’t count as team members.
Guests are included

What counts as an event?
One event build, from brief through bump-out. A multi-day event counts as one event. Archiving a finished event frees the slot for the next one.
What happens when the trial ends?
