Protée OS (pro-tay)
The New Standard in Event Production

First End-to-End Ecosystem for Event Planning and Production.

Find your venue, design your event, and let the rest look after itself. Your vendor briefs go out complete, your quotes come back side by side to compare, and your runsheet writes itself as you design.

One live source of truth. Every vendor, venue, client and crew member operating from it.

Protée OS is event management software built by people who've worked the events — not a project management tool with event templates bolted on.

The Problem

Multiple stakeholders equals multiple workflows

Your event has many moving parts each with its own workflow designed to get their job done perfectly.

How do you manage that…? A vendor brief passes through four hands before it reaches the person acting on it on site. Every hand is a chance for a detail to shift — a time, an access point, a measurement, a count.

Two weeks out your floor plan changes, the design changes, the runsheet is moving, every runsheet is a living organism.

We measured six weeks of briefs arriving from event professionals. In 80% of them, something didn't match what the site actually was. The runsheet had changed, the floor plan was updated, no allowances for rigging, no exclusion zones, event times had moved.

Protée OS removes the places where the truth can fork, it is alive it changes with your event.

Zone Architecture

Every event space resolves to the same zones.

A ballroom, a warehouse, a marquee in a paddock. They look nothing alike. Structurally they're the same set of zones in a different arrangement.

Protée OS turns the physical space into a structured data model against that taxonomy. Map it once, allocate your elements to zones, and you control what happens where, who does it, and when.

That's the part that's patent pending. Australian provisional application 2026906257.

The Three Things It Changes

Briefs that arrive complete

Assign the elements you want quoted and send with one button. The vendor receives the floor plan, the moodboard for their zone, the dates, the times and their position on site — with nothing typed by you.

Quotes you can actually compare

Every quote lands beside the brief you sent. You asked for 200 white Ghost chairs with no arms; the quote is for 200 armed Ghost chairs. You see it on the screen instead of on the day.

Runsheets that build themselves

Assign a vendor or a crew member to an element and it appears on the schedule with what they’re doing, when, and who to call. Change a time once and everyone has the change.

This wasn't built by a software company.

23 years in event production — on the tools and behind the keyboard the whole way through. Venue operations, AV, event security, General Manager of an event hire company.

I spent two decades trying to get someone to build this. Eventually I built it myself.

AI reads the image and compares the quote. The logic is mine.

One live source of truth for the whole event.
